Our Rogan Josh Spice Mix has 14 spices all freshly and precisely measured including a cassia stick, green cardamom pods and cloves which are first into the pot when your butter starts to sizzle.

You bring the meat or vegetables along with butter, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato paste, stock and natural yoghurt that you stir in at the end to give that subtle bitter edge.

For all of our kits, the Best Before date is predominantly 12-18 months.
