Terms & Conditions.

Australia online orders only: The “Tell” Australia promotion commenced on 25th August 2025 and will run until further notice, depending on response levels and stock levels. The promotion is relates only to cinnamonroad.com.au online orders for delivery in Australia only.

Customers can participate in Order #1 and Order #2 promotions only once per household and not in the same placed order. Order #3, claiming referral discounts, can be repeated without limit.

Additional purchases: For any promotion, customers can buy additional spice kits at $7.50 each and still qualify for the discount in the offer. Similarly if a Box Gift Set is purchased.

All promotional discounts will be automatically calculated when you put items into your basket and go to check-out. The money off will either be shown as a discount amount on the product and/or a reduction or waiver of our standard shipping fees relating to your order.

Refer a Friend: To join, click on the floating bar that appears on the website.

A $8 discount code will be communicated to you for every friend that you send our referral link to, if and when they then go to purchase (online) for the very first time.

Customers are requested not to make program/email related referrals to family members who live at the same address.

A single discount code of $8 can be used against any cinnamonroad.com.au purchase greater than $22. But it cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional discount.

Referral discounts are valid for 180 days from the time of issue. They then expire.

The newly launched Refer a Friend Program is an important new initiative. The extensive discounts offered are possible on the assumption that customers will often make referrals. Cinnamon Road’s Google reviews and on-website reviews are a strong acknowledgement of how much our customers love the tastes that Cinnamon Road brings into their kitchens. The videos of taste testing at the markets bears further testament.

Delivered to Sydney relates to Greater Sydney.

Deliveries to Melbourne & Brisbane relates to the city & close to the city, metro areas.

Delivered to Canberra, Adelaide & Perth includes Melbourne & Brisbane outer metro areas, Adelaide, Albury, Bendigo, Cairns, Canberra, Capricorn Coast, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Geelong, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston, Mackay, Newcastle, Northern Rivers, Perth, Port Macquarie, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville, Wide Bay, Wollongong.

Delivered to the rest of Australia is most often those areas not mentioned above.
