We pick and choose our Australian importers for each of the 35 spices and nuts that we use.
The most delicious Garam Masala, the greenest and freshest Methi leaves, the plumpest and brightest dried Kashmiri red chillies, the most consistently perfect Cassia sticks, the warmest and smoothest chilli powder.
And we buy Australian when we can too. Our Almond meal is the best of South Australia.
We hand-pack the whole spices. That’s when we put ourselves into our customer’s Size 9’s. If any spices look off their peak then we buy better. If any look shy on quantity then we add more. Each packet is only sealed when we’d be happy to be opening it ourselves. Only the freshest and best.
